Absolute Must Have resource for yoga teachers
This book is phenomenal, an absolute must have for yoga teachers. The Yoga Nidra scripts so beautiful and poetic! It offers everything you need for Yoga Nidra. I bought the paperback to read and now just got the e-book to use in class. The layout is easy to use for Yoga Nidra and my other yoga classes, well organized. This book is a true treasure. There are 30 Yoga Nidra scripts and gorgeous journeys. The voice is very warm and welcoming. Each meditation is totally unique from start to finish. I really like that the author put in some restorative pose instruction, class ideas, and creative activities to create a fuller experience, it has inspired my class planning. I use the Yin Yoga & Meditation book by this author all the time, so I was super excited to find she wrote this book as well. If you are a yoga teacher, this book is going to make your class planning a LOT easier. Thank you, Universe! :)

Great scrips
This was a required reading for a Yoga Nidra class. It is descriptive and goes into details about how yoga Nidra works and the simple principles behind it. I have made a point to highlight some of the scripts, some in my opinion are too lengthy for shorter classes and it allows me to get to the important points while students are enjoying their time on their mats.

Excellent resource for yog teacers
Excellent resource for yoga and meditation teachers. The book has many scripts and is divided into themes. Teachers can use the different themes used in each script as a springboard to create a class or a yoga workshop. My favorite part is that scripts have the time listed which is helpful for planning. This is a great tool for yoga teachers!

A wonderful book for anyone wanting to deepen their yoga Nidra practice.

A clear path to a transformational practice!!
This book is a gift! As a teacher and practitioner of yoga nidra, I am grateful for sections within the yoga nidra scripts to provide " Complementary Inspiration". These inspirations include additional prompts to enhance and create more depth to each practice. I forsee using them in my classes and my personal practice to provide deeper meaning and integration to the many profound benefits of yoga nidra. As Sagel described in her book, the possibilities of scripts are endless as parts of different scripts can be combined to fit a particular effect. The easy to use and follow format of each practice will be a great help in my creating my own scripts. Also, teachers and practitioners alike could keep a written progression of the life changing effects of this practice through the use of journals that Sagel describes in Chapter 9. Enjoy this gem of a resource!

This is such a great resource for those wishing to vary their Yoga nidra to different themes and styles. Sagel really is a beautiful writer and has great wisdom to share. I also LOVE her YIN YOGA and MEDITATION book. Both books are my go- to inspirational resources for planning and learning.
