I’ve been using this for two weeks and can see a difference in my skin already. Some bounce and glow has returned, whereas before it was looking dull and drier. Also the pain from an old shoulder injury is much less than before. Would recommend! However, it isn’t tasteless. It’s not wildly pleasant, but if added to a smoothie it is drinkable. Also the recommended dosage is much too high for me. One large scoop seems to be quite adequate.

Love this powder. It is completely unflavoured. It dissolved completely in water without any lumps. Wish it was cheaper though. Also unclear whether 20g a day are really necessary. I believe that this same product is marketed as "10g per portions" in Europe as opposed to the American "20g per portion". I found no scientific evidence that 20g/day provide substantially greater benefits than around 10 g/day. This of course affects the duration, one can just choose whether to use 2 or 4 spoons a day.

Mi trovo molto bene. È insapore e si scioglie molto bene nelle bevande sia calde che fredde. Per il risultato vorrei aspettare di finire la prima confezione.
