Excellent fixtures. But they do need to be hard wired.

Bought this for our new home being built as the wife wanted under cabinet lights so we added wiring to have it done. The electrician wired them so I can't say how easy or hard they are to install and we haven't moved in yet so I can't speak to energy efficiency. I have turned them on without any other lights and they are definitely bright enough to illuminate the count tops and more. Like that you can adjust the light color (we are using bright white) and that you can attach them to a dimmer since they are quite bright. We'll add this later and will dim them down as we are using more for ambiance than anything.

Light looks and works great! The only reason I gave it four stars is because I am not crazy about the yellow color that is given when on the low setting. I would prefer for it to be a soft dim white color instead. Not sure about the energy efficiency so no comment on it.

I really like the lights and the cool vs warm color options. I didn’t get a dimmer at the time of installation but have since ordered one. At night these are super bright! Great quality.

This was for a linked series of undercabinet counter lights. they are dimmable and efficient. They went around a corner separated by a closet, required a power cut in through a tiled wall, so I got help from a professional and don't regret it. Very nice, should have been put in by the builder/original owner but they are worth it to us.

Very good quality lights and the multi color option is great!!Easy to install. In my case we had electrician install it.Can change color to say light based on mood and time. Thought the color changes by waving the hand, but, you need to use the provided switch. GE should add sensor to this light to make it the no.1 choice

We researched many of the under cabinet lighting options for our remodel project and after careful consideration decided to go with this wired solution. Are we ever glad we did. We had the advantage that the walls were open so we could run the 120V wire to the required locations easily. The product was a simple DIY job. The instructions were clear and concise and all the necessary components were included. We chose to install a wall switch to control all the lights at once and they dim very well. Albeit, on the lowest dim setting, after turning them off, they do not come back on without increasing the dim level. We have experienced this with other dimmable lights and it is possible it is our switch. We don't find this an inconvenience and would recommend this product to anyone who is considering the same for their remodel project.

I bought three to go under kitchen cabinets. They work great. Only four stars because it is a tight squeeze getting all the wiring inside when connecting one to the next. Nice to have the choice of cool, medium and warm light.

I like the lights, only negative is there is so little room for wires inside. Only one strain relief which is problematic when linking to lights together. Not easy to find 3/8" strain reliefs off the shelf.

I bought this light for over our kitchen sink and it works great. I really like that it has the 3 options for the kind of light ( Soft, Cool and Daylight) one might require. There is not a lot of room to make the wiring connections inside the unit, but can be done never the less. Overall very pleased with the light and more importantly, my wife is happy!
