It works it really works.
The companyChanged the product. It used to be like a real fix slushy and now it’s just a little more watery that being said I gave it a five because this stuff actually works it makes you feel full. I just still love the taste and so far I’ve lost 35 pounds no joke and I’m not being paid to say this it really works and value for the money. Yep, protein it’s there. My energy level is great. It fills you up and the ingredients are exactly what you need. You can put a little more honey in it. I mix four ice cubes in it, a tablespoon of olive oil, and I use unsweetened vanilla almond milk, and it’s delicious.

Determined and Committed
This weight loss plan works well. Most diets will work well. Diets don't fail ; people fail. I'm committed to losing 30 pounds. So the Almased Weight Loss Plan is working and will continue to work for me. Down 10 pounds as of this morning; so 20 pounds to go... Stay tuned....

It tastes pretty good I mix it with yogurt frozen fruit and almond milk for a meal replacement 2 times a day sometimes 3 times a day I’ve lost 14 pounds so far it is a pretty good meal replacement.

Best way to make it better
When I first got it and tried it if course it tasted horrible so I tried putting strawberries in it and that didn't work so instead I tried 4 or 5 oz of the Almased with peanut butter ice cream, milk, peanut butter spread and granola into a blender, it made it thick almost like a smoothie but the taste is so much better. You can still taste the Almased but not over powering. It does feel filling just from taking a few sips.

Great weight loss tool
Works great for gradual weight loss. Over the past 5 months combined with consistent exercise I have lost 20 lbs. Pairs really well in a blender with berries

Almased works. It is hard to get past the taste and smell at first. I added cinnamon powder, much better for myself. Keep it up it gets better.You will lose the weight.
