What’s the difference between ‘certified organic’ and ‘organic ingredients’?

‘Certified organic’ means that all the ingredients are organic. ‘Organic ingredients’ means that some, but not all, of the ingredients are organic.

Recyclable packaging: foil trays

Our trays are fully recyclable, without having to remove the labels. We recommend that you give your used tray a quick rinse before being placed in your recycling bins.

What's different about Lily's Kitchen Pet Food?

We believe that all pets deserve proper food, so they can live their best lives. That’s why we make food packed full of proper meat and vibrant veg, that’s naturally wholesome and nutritious. Best of all it tastes incredible.

Who has given Lily's Kitchen the paw of approval?

Our vet-approved recipes are developed with pet nutritionists before we conduct tasting trials with our own Lily's Kitchen pets and from approved catteries and kennels. This is done to assess palatability, a bit like a restaurant review!

How do I introduce my pet to Lily's Kitchen Food?

We recommend that when introducing a new diet you do so gradually over around 5-7 days. This is so your pet’s digestive system can become accustomed to the new diet.
