My entire family loves this balsamic vinegar. It is far superior to anything you can get in the standard grocery store. I love how rich and thick it is, and that it is an authentic aged balsamic without any thickeners added. It's sweeter than your typical balsamic, which I really enjoy. It's great on everything from salads, to topping pasta dishes, to a dipping sauce mixed with olive oil for crusty bread. I have been ordering this vinegar for years, and it is always consistent and delicious. The bottle stores well, and always gives me the perfect pour. I honestly have nothing to improve on this one! Although I wouldn't complain if it was in a larger bottle, since we go through them so fast.

It is very flavorful and not too sweet, or acidic. It has a nice consistency and not too thick, but thick enough to leave a nice drizzle. I can definitely see how this can be addicting. Just ordered another bottle. YES, HIGHLY recommend.

I was buying one from Napa Valley but they sold the business so I compare balsamic to that brand. It’s not as thick or rich as my other. The taste is good but not totally what I am looking for .

Given that I had paid $40 for an even smaller amount while in Italy, I was pleasantly surprised with the flavor and thickness of your vinegar. I am on my second bottle and as long as I am picking lovely tomatoes from my garden I will be drizzling the vinegar over them and fresh mozzarella every day for lunch. The price allows for that luxury.

This balsamic has been aged nicely, it is a little thick, though not super thick. It doesn't have that gross jelly like consistency, it seems natural from age. Also the flavor is great but be aware it is a little strong on the vinegar side, kind of takes your breathe away a bit more than other brands. So that can be positive or negative depending on if you like that. Overall great product

If you want to add a little bit more intense flavor to your raw dishes - salad, cheese, fruits, avocado, etc., you have to try adding a little bit of this great aged balsamic vinegar. Good price, no added preservatives, no sugar, or other "not good for you" ingredients. Simple and delicious!
