Love this balsamic vinegar
It is very flavorful and not too sweet, or acidic. It has a nice consistency and not too thick, but thick enough to leave a nice drizzle. I can definitely see how this can be addicting. Just ordered another bottle. YES, HIGHLY recommend.

Good flavor. Thicker consistency. Reasonable price compared to other products but wish it was not so expensive

Not too watery and the thickness seems natural not jelly like
This balsamic has been aged nicely, it is a little thick, though not super thick. It doesn't have that gross jelly like consistency, it seems natural from age. Also the flavor is great but be aware it is a little strong on the vinegar side, kind of takes your breathe away a bit more than other brands. So that can be positive or negative depending on if you like that. Overall great product

I'm addicted!
This is my second order of this wonderful, slightly thick, sweet, yet not too sweet, balsamic vinegar. It takes me back to a vinegar tasting I went to in Sienna, Italy. I use this on salads. I don't believe it is sweet enough to use on desserts, which suits me. I've tried others and nothing can beat this. Don't ever buy balsamic vinegar that isn't from Modena, Italy.

Good product for a good price
Given that I had paid $40 for an even smaller amount while in Italy, I was pleasantly surprised with the flavor and thickness of your vinegar. I am on my second bottle and as long as I am picking lovely tomatoes from my garden I will be drizzling the vinegar over them and fresh mozzarella every day for lunch. The price allows for that luxury.

This will work ok but itโs not aged!
I was looking for aged balsamic vinegar but this was the best I could find. The flavor is ok , the thickness is watery & ok value for the price.
