Order 1 size smaller what you originally wear. I use Portwest chef jacket for years, sadly the material of it is not that good what it was before. Before it was mostly made of Cotton.. Not bad, just realizing in this world everything is becoming lot more expensive and the quality of the things are become worse and cheaper
