The worst quality furniture I have ever encountered
Bed was installed per the manufacturer instructions and is already falling apart, sags, and is cracking over time. I have followed the manufacturer guidelines to the letter while building this as well as followed the directions for adding additional slats as reinforcement, but nothing works. Side of frame is cracking and the top sags and rubs when opening and closing. Nothing is square and all the screws stripped out (all done by hand to avoid such a thing from happening) so I cannot tighten them anymore as the manufacturer suggests. Returning this is basically not an option as disassembly would be nearly impossible with all the stripped out screws and bolts, and no return-less refund option is available. A 145 pound person sleeping on this is already causing this bed to become loose, and as mentioned, most of the bolts are stripped so they will not tighten. Do not buy this unless you really want to replace it in 6 months as I am now planning to do. Avoid this company and the designer, this is the worst quality furniture I have experienced from anywhere.

Absolutely perfect
After the bed was completed, it is absolutely perfect. A couple of tips1. Assembly of the bed goes a bit easier when you segregate out all the hardware for each step. I used several baggies, then labeled them with the coordinating step number. This made each step go smoothly. 2. Get a good set of Allen wrench tips to use in an electric screwdriver/drill, this will also help things go easier. I will not say it was easy, and I did need help to join the two large pieces, my son did that for me. It was a challenge, but looking at it….its so very satisfying.

Listed dimensions are incorrect
The length of the actual bed frame is 85”, not the listed length of 82.2”. I bought this bed to fit in a space that is 84”. It took four hours to assemble, only to get it into place and find out it doesn’t fit. Luckily, I hired a couple amazing workers who were able to demo part of a wall to make it work. I’ll need to pay them for an entire day of work, adding to the cost of the bed. Have contacted the seller. We’ll see what they say!

Difficult
This item was hard to put together. The springs were already stretched out.

Measure, know where the studs are, breathe
I write minim reviews but this one was a gift for my daughter given by her grandmother. I will give the summary notes then more details below.Pros:It comes in 3 boxes and all 3 boxes arrived at the same timeEach box a healthy person could slid it in and two people can carry it in even if they aren’t strong. I can pick up my 60 pound kid and not think twice- so if you and another person can lift 60 lbs- it’s easy to move.Box 1 had the hardware and instructions. Instructions are mostly pictures.Box 2 has the smaller wood pieces and box 3 has the longer wood pieces. My husband was able to basically assemble it alone outside of the box frame where he needed me and my daughter to hold it up.He completed the box frame in 3 hours after school and he did the rest outside of the mounting and legs while we were at school.Total time: 6-8 hours with primarily one person. You NEED electric drill otherwise it will take much longer. Also have other size Allen wrenches sizes since the one that came with it was awkward.Cons:Not all the pieces were labeled correctly and some were not labeled at all.Tip: have post it notes and label the pieces on the post its so it is easier to find. Have the pieces lined up from A with the numbers going up and go from A to E. This saved so much time. Also the non labeled ones- have a question mark and set in one area. Be cautious because we had some wood pieces that were labeled wrong so really look at the picture and make sure you are grabbing the correct one.Measure the distance of studs on the wall before you buy!!!!! Many new homes do not have studs 16 inches to 24 inches apart. So make sure you have a stud finder before you buy. Luckily we got the queen and found two studs that worked. If we had gotten the twin it would have been short and we would not have be able to mount it.We did try to center the bed along the wall BUT since there was no studs the bed fell. Be careful when moving it because it is heavy and dangerous if you are not careful. It does take time to assemble but my daughter had stated that she has received some on the best sleep that she has had since she is in a bigger/ longer bed.Parents/ guardians this bed is durable if mounted properly and assembled correctly (note: the instructions state to place legs on before mounting- you MUST mount before putting on the legs otherwise the bed falls).Kids are able to jump on the bed and it stays still. It is a strong bed.Saves space when put up. The pictures are in a 10 foot by 10 foot bedroom just give you an idea of how much room it will take up.The company could benefit from having instructions in color, and or have a complete you tube video of how to assemble and have the pieces labeled before the assembly video so people will know what is what.Overall not bad just a pain
