I've had a few different pressure cooker / air fryers at this point and this is by far the best and most convenient to use. I use it more than my stove, oven and microwave combined. It's so versatile and easy to use. I love that the air fryer lid is not attached to the base. It takes up a lot less room that way and it's also easier to transport if you ever want to take it anywhere. I'm on my second one. The first one lasted for almost 2 years, although as I said it got used a LOT. I bought a second one a few months ago and had an electrical surge situation at my home where it got fried. It was the only small appliance to do so, but it was understandable. Anyway the customer service was stellar. They replaced the base no questions asked, and I had the new one in a matter of a few days, with the postage label inside to send the old one back. So no shipping cost to me. All the accessories still worked just fine, including the air fryer lid. I hope this one lasts longer than the first one, but even if it doesn't I would probably get another one because the features are that good.

The pressure cooker function produces tender, flavorful meals in a fraction of the usual cooking time, while the air fryer creates crispy, delicious foods without excessive oil. I especially appreciate the easy-to-use digital controls and preset cooking options that take the guesswork out of meal preparation.

This unit save time and power from the normal oven. And the food tastes fantastic with little clean up.

First thing I tried was the first thing on the air fryer lid, bacon. I have thick cut bacon and I tried it on the searing plate with normal settings from cold. This produced moderately OK results with the edges and ends burned, but the center modestly crispy and fully cooked. I added a second batch, as I can only add 5 half slices of bacon at a time. This time it totally charcoaled the bacon and it is inedible. Apparently once it is preheated the cooking time is way different. I ran 6 more batches of 1 slice (2 halves), and finally tuned it in to 350F (-50f from program) degrees and 6 minutes (-2 minutes) for preheated. Not sure what I would have to do to get good bacon from not preheated, so I will have to make sure to preheat the device before making bacon. I think it would be nice if it did not vent so much heat into the kitchen. Just the little bit of use caused a significant increase in the entire downstairs temperature leading to the A/C turning on. So, greater than 4 degrees F increase. I guess it will make a good space heater too boot! It came well packaged, seems sturdy, and hopefully will last a long time. If anything major changes I will update the review.

This is the best out of all the cook pots, air, fryers, and pressure cookers on the market. I love the pressure cooker on this item as I can put in any pork roast any chuck steak or roast chicken breast seasoning it set the pressure cooker to 60 minutes and when it’s done and the pressure comes out, it makes everything tender and it’s wonderful. Great for making beef stew or any meat item. The air fryer part works, but it’s smaller than the one I originally bought that’s that’s all it does. The directions are a little confusing but if you have any issues, you can call them like I did and they can explain it to you very well.

It’s burning everything on pressure cook. I sautéed/seared my meat for stew and after 15 min on pressure cook, everything from peas, carrots, potato’s, corn, meat… it’s burnt. Everything was perfect on sear before I put the lid on for pressure cooking. Pros Pressurizing was fast. Has a good seal. Sauté/sear worked as expected. Con’s Buttons take a good 5+ min to figure out. Burns the entire bottom on pressure. Big and bulky for storage. Definitely heavy for lifting or storage in a pantry or cupboard. Value wise I went out on a limb to try this and already I am wishing I stuck to my Instant Pot . Cleaning is a difficult when liquid's get stuck between the two sides that stick up (oddly high) and the heating insert that the cooking pot sits in. The taller left and right sides serve no purpose and are a design flaw. This is just not a well thought out product. Especially for being presented as the all in one, go to appliance. Total let down.

Came with lots of extras. This is my second one as my first one the air fryer lid burned out. Really easy to use, and does a good job. I like that I only need one pot for multiple functions.

Amended review: I finally reached out to the manufacturer about our pressure cooker lid and they were great. They took our info and we got a new pressure cooker lid within a couple days. Told us we didn't need to send the other lid back either. My spouse tried to use the new lid and it started giving off a bad strong chemical smell so they shut it down. They said they were done with that. The lid seemed to work better but it wasn't on long enough to know for sure really. So I let it go and since it does air fry well I guess we are gonna keep it for that purpose bc it is hard to find an air cooker that isn't made with a plastic cooking basket and the stainless steel is really nice and safer. My spouse also thinks the presets might be programmed fine on our machine but said they were complicated and maybe they didn't do it correctly so we will try that another time. All in all, the customer service was helpful but I think this machine is just a bit more complex than what we would have preferred and are capable of using easily, but we should have expected that, since it can do so many things. We need to contact customer service for the manufacturer of this appliance bc the pressure cooker function on it won't work and we did not get that call done within the first 30 days. We are busy and tired. We keep getting an error code when we try to use it and then we do what the manual says to do with it for that code and it doesn't help so the next step is contact the company. We haven't managed that yet bc they are only open to calls\chats m-f 7-4:30. It would be really nice, for large items that are costly to return, very expensive items and things like appliances/furniture, if we had 3-6months to return or exchange instead of only 30days. I would feel a lot more comfortable buying those kinds of items on here with that kind of guarantee. If the company fixes the issues we have when we reach them and it helps I will come back and amend this review. The air fryer part works pretty well. It is easy to clean the basket and inner pot with the dishwasher. We won't use the included grill bc a California PFAS Chemicals Warning sticker was on the machine when we got it, which we didn't see listed in the details on Amazon when we bought it, but it's only for the grill accessory. It would be awesome if the company offered the option for a choice between the California PFAS Warning grill and something like a stainless steel dehydrating rack. Finding a dehydrating rack to fit this machine may make it tricky to use that feature, I see this now that it is in front of me. The presets were not included already programmed into our machine as described either, which is weird. We use it a lot to air fry but it has been with much trial and error to figure out what temps\times to use from the written info that came with it on what to use for what vs recipes from the web people put up based on other brands and types of air fryers. Hasn't been too problematic to figure out so far, although it would be nicer to already know that info and have it be accurate. Hopefully I will be back after contacting customer service to say more positive things.
