Very good material and strong velcro to it and is worth the money helps reduce pain a lot

For pain in the elbow, I had ordered this product, so that it will help me go through heavy rowing moments and arm training, though the product is good but it needs to be upgraded, they need to reduce the thickness of the plastic part.

Helps relieve my tennis elbow situation from playing badminton. Gives excellent elbow support while playing. The wrapping mechanism is great and it stays put once tightened, however the first time there was some confusion about how to put it on correctly. A second persons help may be required to get it correctly setup just below the elbow, i find it difficult to wrap it myself, but with some effort, I guess it's still doable by one person. I am happy that I am still able to play badminton. Before using this product, lifting my hand and hitting a long shot used to cause unbearable pain. However with this band, I continue to play shorts that I couldn't before. The next day after the game day, elbow pain is still persistent, and ice packs and a days break between ganes is helping me out. Only a longer weeks long break can possibly correct the underlying condition, but that would mean not playing for a long time, and so I have postponed that long break for now 😄 Really happy with the product.

The plastic smell is unbearable because it's low quality material i guess.
