This product arrived promptly...Feels very heavy duty and has a nice finish...The instructions were simple and it only took about 20 minutes to install...It even comes with plumbers tape and all the washers...Only hand tightening needed for a good, leak-free fit...We use it for washing things out in the sink in our spare bathroom (muddy boots), but I can see many uses in the future (paint brushes, cleaning the rack from the grill, clothing)...An excellent buy!

Just received my handheld bidet today. Have been very jealous of hotels I’ve stayed in where the bidet was part of the toilet! Since I don’t have that, I decided to try this.It came very nicely packaged, in fact I think this would make a great gift for somebody. Came with very clear and illustrated instructions, which I will have to try out tonight.The pieces seem very sturdy, actually surprisingly heavy, I was worried it was going to be flimsy, but it’s really not. I was also thinking that I didn’t have any plumbing tape in the house, but it even came with a little roll of plumbing tape and a rubber washer. The fixtures seem to be high quality plumbing connections, and I’m looking forward to having it as part of my, how should one say, routine! The paperwork never really quite does the job, does it?After I try to install it, I will add to my review how that went.

I am updating my review after a disaster that this product was responsible for.Bought two of these. They installed fine, one item showed an early flaw near the sprayer. Contacted seller and got very prompt response and replacement, which worked better. Good warranty policy that they honored well.However, fast forward a few months and a major design/QC issue cause my bathroom to flood overnight. The seal at the neck of the hose, connecting to the spraying nozzle came apart. My entire bathroom flooded in the night and water spread outside and I am left dealing with an insurance claim of >100x the product price to dry up my floor/walls and teardown/fixing up. The design is severely lacking as a simple rubber or silicon hose wrapped with thin and sharp stainless steel cannot perform long-term against water pressure for tears or bursting risk. I have replaced the hoses for both of my kits with another part available that comes with nylon braided inner cladding and similar outer stainless steel finish. That hose is much better as the hose is more protected against leaks and the end seals are designed like toilet/faucet line hoses that are known to perform much better against water pressure.Terrible product, you cannot get away with asking customer to bend over to close and open the supply valve every time. Duh!

The title says what I like the most , what made me to give four stars is a bit of difficulty in picking up the head out of its sitting position which needs a bit of manouvering. Mybe one gets used to it after a while, but probably it would be a bit challenging to the guests. Any way I am very happy with my selection especially with the ease of running and shutting off the water, ( in comparison with another brand that I just installed and is not bad by itsel)

The materials look great; it is hefty, well boxed, and made with good materials. Unfortunately, it has two major flaws.One is that it is hard to know where to crank the valve. At one end it shuts off water to the sprayer, at the other to the toilet tank, and somewhere in the middle, it allows water to the sprayer. It's a confusing system that one must toggle by feel. There is no need to shut off water to the tank.The other design flaw is that it is impossible to regulate the water pressure to the sprayer. My old bidet had enough pressure, this one is a very gentle one that will not hose down the most stubborn jobs.

What a great universal product! Although advertised as a Toilet Bidet this product has many uses. We purchased for a toilet in our basement and this product allows us to turn it into a "work sink". No more rinsing paint brushes in the sink. It is surprisingly easy to install and the quality is outstanding. Would recommend without reservation.

I LOVE it! The product arrived elegantly and very well packaged. It was easy to install, used the plumber's tape and rubber washers that came with it and no leaks.The product is solid and heavy duty which looks like it will last for years.I highly recommend and I will probably buy another for my other bathroom!

Main hose has a problem.. keeps on leaking water... not used since bought... wasted money for it... looks good, but when installed and run with the water, there came out the problem... leaks everywhere along the hose...
