Great Value Generator
Great Generator, was able to power my 5-ton AC with a soft starter installed no problem, along with 2 refrigerators, and tv when hooked up to my panel through the 50amp plug. Power was very stable, no issues with any LED bulbs flickering or other electronics not functioning. It fired right up on the first go, its loud but I think that's par for the course with traditional generators of this size. I look forward to getting my natural gas plumped for this to be prepared for hurricane season. It comes with a remote starter which is a plus. One thing that wasn't super obvious from any instructions is that if you are running this to back feed a main service panel, you need to unbond the neutral from the ground on the Generator. This involves taking off the cover of the alternator and removing a small green and yellow wire that bonds the neutral to the chassis. This was hinted at in the owner's manual but asked the reader to refer to local regulations, but unbonding the generator seems to be a pretty widely accepted convention in the US. This may or may not be applicable if you're using a transfer switch between the generator and panel. In all, great generator for the money, performs as advertised.

Best generator I ever owned
This generator is a beast!!! It runs on propane, natural gas, and gasoline. Gasoline gives it the peak wattage, and it is very capable!!! I actually run a millermatic multi process welding machine on it, and it doesn’t skip a beat!!! It has a handle that can be extended so you can pull it with ease, and the handle can be folded back down to simplify storage. It’s very easy to use, and can be picked up with two people! I have had it for quite some time now, and it has not let me down by any means! During the freeze this winter, we lost power in my double wide trailer, and this generator ran the whole house! It has a 9.5 gallon tank too, so you get a pretty long run time out of one tank of gas!!! I take this generator on every job I go to, and it handles everything I throw at it!!!! This is one strong and durable machine, and I’m glad I did my research on it!!!!

Powerful, Reliable, and Very Easy to Use.
I’ve been extremely happy with this generator. It was very easy to set up and operate right out of the box. One of the biggest advantages is the tri-fuel capability. I connected mine directly to my home’s natural gas line, but I also tested it on gasoline and it started right up without any issues. Having the flexibility to run on natural gas, propane, or gasoline makes it incredibly convenient and reassuring during outages. The generator produces plenty of power. I was able to run my entire house without problems, including major appliances. It starts quickly, runs smoothly, and feels very well built.

Great Product but its a bit loud. Wished it had a good design and put sound dampers to reduce noise
Got the delivery 12/10 as promised. The Delivery company CEVA Logistics were very kind. Gave me a 15 minutes heads up. I wish they had informed a bit earlier. Since my work place is not that far I was able to arrive home to take the delivery. Not a big deal. The delivery driver offered to take the palette which so kind of him. The packing was very good with triple walled box and enough padding, secured with Nylon straps. It was a bit tough to cut the box which shows its packed well. I assembled it and hooked up to a propane cylinder. In the quick start guide under "Selecting the Fuel Source" 3rd point it says "For Propane rotate fuel selector switch to Natural Gas" which is wrong. it should be "For Natural Gas rotate fuel selector switch to Natural Gas" That portion need to be corrected. Not clear about the amount of oil that need to be filled. 1 Quart bottle is provided which is very good but instead of saying fill until full if its specified the exact volume it takes that would help very much. Regarding the choke lever. It never says to return to off position once the engine running /warm. Apart from above, The battery was fully charged, a charger was supplied which is very nice. It started at the first try with Propane. The generator is bit loud and I wish the company would have designed a little better by installing noise dampers/ or an acoustic enclosure around the engine. However it's not a show stopper. I very well understand that is a 450 CC engine spinning at 3600 RPM and that noise is expected. Initially I was not getting power output but I figured out that the breaker was OFF. it would have been nice if there was a LED indicator for each power output and near the main breaker. The 20 A outlet has a little Green LED which is very hard to visualize whether its ON or OFF when the generator is outside. I ran this for about 5 minutes with a propane tank in my garage (Place this at the end with door open and exhaust pointing out obviously !!) as it was raining and could not take it fully out for my test. the propane tank got very cold at the bottom and near the regulator and I guess this is normal for propane. I need to do a break-in as recommended in the manual with various loads which I will do it this weekend. Will update my review once I do it. Seeing some negative reviews, I am a bit afraid but I hope everything will work out fine. Update - 12/14 Did the initial Break in test. Connected propane, started generator no problems, switched the transfer switch from utility power to generator applied loads slowly. All appliances in house run fine. When I started Dryer it appeared that it struggled to provide that surge power and the lights flickered and went dim and later it was fine. It ran for an hour and then the propane tank froze and since no/less gas output, it started making weird noises with lights flickering. Went out to check and the generator was cranking to keep it running and did not completely shut off. I had to intervene manually at this point to shut it off. I switched to Natural gas and it took couple of tries to start and afterwards it ran fine. Lights were slightly flickering. I am a bit concerned with this. Will contact WH customer support and see what they say. The control center display gave some absurd numbers not sure whether its functioning correctly. I Will update further.

Easy of setup and starting
I purchased this tri‑fuel generator because I wanted the flexibility to run on gasoline, propane, or natural gas depending on what’s available. That versatility alone makes it a great value, and the setup process was surprisingly simple. Assembly took only a few minutes: two stabilizer legs secured with two bolts each, and two oversized rear wheels attached with pins, washers, and clevis pins. Although the necessary wrenches were included, I preferred using my own socket and combination wrenches. Adding oil was straightforward—just be sure to pour slowly and keep shop towels handy for any drips and overflow. My first startup attempt using the push‑button didn’t go as expected. The unit wouldn’t turn over after several tries, even after letting it sit. I double‑checked the choke and fuel switch, then switched to the pull start. It fired up on the second pull and ran smoothly for 20 minutes. I also confirmed it was producing power using a simple nightlight. After shutting it down (push button off, battery off, fuel off), I let the generator sit for a week. The next startup—this time with the push button—worked perfectly. I added a small load with a couple of fans and a TV, and everything ran flawlessly. I’m confident the initial issue was due to the battery not being fully charged out of the box; after running, it held a charge with no problem. What impressed me most was the cold‑weather performance. The second startup took place after the generator had been sitting in 20‑degree weather for a week, and it still started immediately. My plan is to continue breaking in the unit with gradually increasing loads and perform the first oil change at around five hours of runtime. Fortunately, I didn’t lose power after receiving the generator, so I’ve been able to break it in properly. Overall, this generator has exceeded my expectations so far. Easy setup, reliable performance, and the peace of mind that comes with tri‑fuel capability make it a strong choice for anyone preparing for outages or emergencies.

Best purchase as a Houstonian.
Moved to Houston and told my wife that I felt like we needed a generator. After doing tons of research I finally landed on this generator and it has been an absolute godsend. I personally have been affected by the last two major power outages for hurricane barrel and for the tornado that hit the northwestern Houston area. Both times has left us without power for days. The second time around I was ready with this guy and it was a night and day difference on my quality of life and my overall feeling of confidence that I had going into the situation. This generator was easy to use and even my wife could start it. My previous generator did not have a remote start like this one did and my wife was unable to use the pull start in order to get it started so if I was gone she would be on her own this gave me the Peace of mind that I needed desperately in a time of disaster. This generator is beautifully made and absolutely sturdy. I am able to run my entire house off of this one generator without AC or I can run my AC without the rest of the house being powered with a 5 ton AC unit. 100% one of the best purchases I've ever made. If you're on the fence get it. One of the best things about this generator is that it has the highest output of any natural gas portable generator there is with the exception of one that cost $1,000 more and only puts out 500 extra Watts which is not worth it. It is a pound-for-pound champion. Thank you Westinghouse! As far as noise levels go this thing is much quieter on natural gas than it is on full gas. My recommendation is that if you wanted to be ready you could have four propane tanks a natural gas connection and a full tank of gas and you should be able to take care of everything with smooth operations.
