What are the correct measurements of this spatula? the ones listed seem very incorrect.

You're right, they are a little off. The handle is 10 3/4" long, the entire spatula is 18" long, the spatula is 3 5/8" wide, and the handle is 1 1/8" wide.

There is nothing on the tool. The packaging may have listed the country of origin but that's long gone. You can probably guess where it came from and be right. One snag is although it claims to be stainless steel, mine already has discolored spots that will not come off. Stainless steel?
