We have tried a few arm slings on the market, but none have been as good as this one. The Willcom Arm Sling is comfortable, breathable, and provides secure immobilisation—it’s an excellent product overall. One thing to be careful about is SIZING. The instructions recommend choosing a larger size if your underbust measurement falls in two sizes and you prefer a looser fit. My husband’s measurement is 40", which falls in two sizes - Medium size and Large size . So we followed the guideline to size up and ordered a Large. However, it turned out to be far too big. We returned it and reordered a Medium size, which fits him perfectly and delivers the intended level of support and comfort. Based on our experience, if your measurement is BETWEEN SIZES, I would not recommend sizing up, as it may end up being far too big and does not fit.

Follow the seller's recommendations for sizing. I ordered a medium because of reviews I read. I should have ordered large for a more comfortable fit for the number of weeks I'll be wearing it. As far as quality goes, very impressed. It's the same quality materials and level of construction as the ridiculously expensive ones from the hospital. I have a 3 level fusion in my neck and knew from experience, I would not tolerate anything putting pressure on my neck. The sling distributes the weight and stain more on the opposite shoulder with minimal pressure on the neck. I did grab a padded seat belt cover from my car to put over the strap that goes over the opposite shoulder to keep the strap from rubbing my neck raw. I also lined the sling on the second day with a sacrificed t-shirt. This helped reduce the sweating and the rubbing from the straps inside. It may sound like I complaing, I'm not. This is the best sling I've used for comfort, design, purpose and durability, not to mention the very affordable cost. I would also like to note, that my ortho had never heard of a sling that didn't go around the neck. I think this was an eye opener to him and his staff about other options the medical reps are not making them aware of.

Great sling. I broke my clavicle and the sling the ER provided was just about useless. This sling holds my arm close to my body, but not too tight. I can sleep in it and even traveled (by car as a passenger, family emergency) 500 miles from home the first week after fracture, just using a pillow for extra support and some muscle relaxants - and everything went fine. Fracture is healing well --- no surgery required - and I give part of the good result to this sling. Just make sure you get the correct size. I have ordered a second one - just to give the first some breathing/airing room since it will be my companion for the next month.

I would totally recommend this sling is the cooler seasons! It was very comfortable and easy to put on and take off. The neck strap being soft made this super easy to wear long term. I wish there was less Velcro and maybe another way to adjust things as it snagged at some of my clothes ruining them. Otherwise this was a great sling with a very supportive fit.
