Bought to keep my insulin cool in the storage bottle. Very handy being so small and bendable

I bought these to relieve wrist pain from mouse use. The size is perfect and I sandwich them in between two layers of compression tube sleeves with a hole cut for my thumb. I can keep two in use with two spares in freezer.

I really like these and use them all the time. They’re squishy unless frozen, and work well both with heat or frozen. They’re small, but perfect size for me.

I'm giving this a five-star because it does what it's supposed to do. All of the ice packs arrived. They are a bit larger than I anticipated looking at the photo, in a good way, but I would recommend reviewing the dimensions to ensure it makes sense for the purposes for which you plan to use them.Purchasing these actually was a timestamp for when I was visiting my parents and my mother ended up with double sciatica. Both sides! It was hard to tell whether heat was the way to go, or ice. It turned out she needed to alternate both.What was nice about these is I could freeze two of them and use the other two. What was also good is they were comfortable because they were flat. I'd say they are decently durable because we froze and inherently thawed them pretty repeatedly for days until she could get into the doctor. They did not leak and seems to be good outer material.They become more flexible of course as they thaw, which would be nice if you needed to wrap them around a certain part of the body, like the wrist, or hand or something.I will say these probably are best for maybe something a little more acute and surface. To really get coolness down deep for sciatica might require something that can hold the frozen state a little longer.These were definitely better than just putting ice there, and dealing with condensation or a wet towel, but I think we just needed a different type of ice pack. But Amazon was able to get these to us pretty immediately, for which we were grateful.Since I'm leaving the review on my phone I'd hate to click away to check the price and mess up this review which I hope has been helpful. But I vaguely remember thinking they were a little pricier than I wanted to pay, but I was looking at many and could have that wrong. Either way, if they are the right type of ice pack for you, they're likely a good value for the money. Just a little small for what we needed in both size and coolness retention.If someone were to say bump their head and need an ice pack, burn their finger, stub a toe badly enough or something like that, it might be good enough. Maybe even a twisted ankle since you can keep swapping them out. But for anything that requires the coolness to get a little deeper, these may not be ideal.

Nice idea for kids and small boo-boos

If you have really young kids, they work well when you have to hold it on the head or wherever they have a bump, cause it's small and it's not hard. So the kids don't get scared it's so perfect for little kids

I like how cute these are and how small. I teach first grade and my students love them. However they do not stay cold for even an hour. Also my students have already popped 2 and I've only had them for 2 months.
