Refund should be acceptable in exceptional circumstances
Arrived on time. Costlier as compared to similar ingredients of other brands. Appears well packaged. However could not use it as my pet for whom it was purchased has gone beyond the rainbow before its arrival. Refund should be accepted in such circumstances.
