Knocked a star off because there is a R and a L one, so unless you have a fortuitous friendship with another inversely lopsided person, one raise is wasted. I will probably try to trim the second one. A different make contained non-sided raisers.

These are the best solution to my leg being too short following a hip operation. Top quality, don't compress but due to being made of Cork then real leather, they are comfy. To me, they are a miracle because I have scoliosis, kyphosis and spinal stenosis so the difference in length has meant my pain has massively worsened. Now I'm using the insert, it's improved. Trust me, these are the best. Foam or gel will compress & won't last.

While the adhesion is terrible, having a surrounding upper, a foot above and an insole below it keeps the lift fairly well in position. Expect them to fall out when you remove the shoe. Sizes are vague and unhelpful. Go larger. I'd prefer the wedge to be a bit more contoured to the shape of a human heel.

I have found these insoles easy to fit in various types of footwear, as the sizing accommodates a wide range of shoe styles. I typically walk over 10,000 steps each day, and I find them comfortable; at times, I have to check which pair of shoes I used them in. I have just purchased an additional set to remove the need for transferring them between shoes.

I was delighted that they fit into new boots and helped my shorter leg after a broken femur. They feel firm enough to. Give support I purchased two different sizes which I also place in my ankle slipper's. Which also helps my posture and relives a little low my back aches Recommended
