This is my absolute favorite eyeliner! I have used this eyeliner since I was in 5th grade! They changed the formula like 5 years ago and it isn't as good as it used to be. But I found the grass isn't that much greener and that it still is one of the best options out there even if it isn't as good as it used to be. It goes on your water line so thick and smooth, especially if you run it through a flame or heat it up a little bit. It is waterproof and it does stay on for 24+ hours! You might have to reapply to your waterline but I think thats just cause it's your waterline, and not the fault of the eyeliner. It sharpens nicely and the smudger on the end is an amazing tool that you should use wherever you apply the eyeliner. It helps set it in a way and makes it even as well as smudges it in so that you don't have just a thick line. The price is decent and it arrives super fast.

I recently purchased the COVERGIRL Perfect Blend Eyeliner Pencil in Smoky Taupe 130, and I must say, it really has exceeded my expectations for a cheap, afforable eyeliner when it comes to achieving the perfect natural cut crease and defining my eyebrows. It's not too dark or too light, making it an ideal choice for achieving that subtle, well-defined crease if you have a more pale complexion like me. I've also found it to be great for defining my eyebrows. The same Smoky Taupe shade is versatile enough to create a natural look that doesn't appear harsh or overdone. I have relatively dark blonde/light brown hair and it matches perfectly. It really is water-resistant, and I've noticed that it stays put all day no matter the weather or activity. It's reliable, and I don't have to worry about constant touch-ups with greasy eyelids, especially with a base layer of powder underneath. The versatility, ease of use, and the fact that it's water-resistant make it a top choice for anyone looking to have a basic neutral pencil. It's a great price for a high quality item.

I've been using COVERGIRL Perfect Blend Eyeliner Pencil for decades. Goes on smooth/easy, doesn't "pull" on lids. I like that it *isn't* waterproof, so it's easy to completely remove when you're ready to do so. Doesn't cause blepharitis, like many waterproof liners do on me. Sharp pencil point let's me draw ultra thin (or thick) lines, depending upon how I hold the pencil. The only negative is that you need the correct size makeup pencil sharpener, and if you do a poor job sharpening, you could waste a lot of the makeup as it breaks off the tip in the sharpener. I recently tried COVERGIRL Perfect Point Plus eye crayon, thinking it would eliminate the need for sharpening the pencil, but this had its own problems. And I don't usually like liquid liners, as I don't like when it runs into my eye. So I'm sticking COVERGIRL Perfect Blend Eyeliner Pencil, it works great for me!

I have been using this eye pencil for years and it’s my favorite. The color is spot on. It doesn’t run or smudge. Nice sharp lines. Stays on all day. I do not like the newer liquid pencils.

Have used this eyeliner for years. I’ve tried other brands and colors, but keep going back to this one. The application is easy and the thickness of the pencil doesn’t irritate my eyes. The color is a dark black, which I haven’t found in other brands. Even applying it daily, a pencil lasts me quite a long time.

I have been using this product for many years. Glides on easily and it is very customizable using the sponge tip. Lasts all day, even when sweating. Great value for the price. A basic makeup bag necessity.

A very light taupe for an eyeliner so use on brows instead of was hoping for a smoky taupe which I found at Sephora

I really like this product. It stayed on well and didn't smudge. I haven't given it the tear test yet, still to be determined how it performs in that instance.

Soft colour. Works well with a thick lush skin soft liner.

Very soft and blendable, in subtle, neutral shade. I have been buying this American product for years as there is nothing quite the same made in UK. Rather high mark-up on price, though.

I bought it for my daughter and she is happy with it - it doesn't crumble and stays on long enough - so i think it was worth it
