There is little give to it.
If you are looking for something that has more of a fluffy feeling to it that cradles your wrist, this isn't it. You may as well use the core of a paper towel roll. You can poke it and it feels "soft", but when you lay your wrist on it, there is so much surface area that the inner silicone doesn't squish at all. It feels hard and doesn't improve my situation.I know there may be a calling for more firm wrist rests, so this might be for you if you're into firm comfort versus squishy comfort. This is not for me so I am returning it.
