A must need gum problem resolution
It will give the taste of camphor. We need to use it consistently after scaling. Results will depend on one's diet and health. It must be gargled, swished "atleast" for 15 mins for the best results. This will give best results only after prophylaxis. Use it twice a day. I personally used 10 ml in the early morning before brushing and 5 ml in the night before brushing. It is taking time but saw a lot of improvement.
