Excellent product. Pricey but good quality.

I take this first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. Its four hour timed release really gets my day started. Made from 3 blends of trans-Resveratrol, this is one of the cleanest and best formulations I have found. Tremendous anti-oxidant properties.

.... Once I ran out I bought a cheaper brand (that I use for other supplements) with similar doses and it wasn't the same. This is definitely worth the extra cost.

It really helps keep the skin youthful over the long term. I’ve been taking it for 10 years. Highly recommend it.

I bought the first bottle at Whole Foods, and then ordered here online for the next bottle. It does seem to give me more energy and there is a general sense of well being. I am a woman in my late 30's and don't really have any chronic pain or other health issues where this seems to make an immediate difference, as some other reviewers have noted. Nor have i lost weight - i am eating about the same and at the same weight, no real change there. It did have 2 interesting effects. First, my period came two days late the first month i took it every day. Second, after about a month, i had severe constipation for a while. At the time, i was taking almost 10 supplements, including this one, after breakfast every day. I had no problems when i was taking the other nine together before, but once i added resveratrol to the mix, this new problem showed up. So i eventually decided to split the supplements in half - i.e. 5 at breakfast, and the remaining at dinner. Also i reduced the dosage - I now take one resveratrol caplet every other day, instead of every day - as a result, no more tummy problems and things are back to normal. So i think it does seem to have some hormonal effects - other than the 2 day delay, have not noticed anything else. Also, apparently not everyone's tummy can handle a daily dose of this size.
