Follow instructions and they have great flavor and texture. Nearly identical to regular ramen!
I was really apprehensive about these. So many times the low carb items are so disappointing in texture and flavor. I'm happy to say that these are an exception! I followed the instructions exactly. It does take an extra step or two. But it was completely worth it! The flavor and texture was nearly identical to regular ramen noodles in my ramen soup! These are a bit pricier, of course, than regular ramen but for the low carb, low sodium aspect, I'll keep buying them. I'm going to try them stir fried and some other cooking methods as well but I can tell you that for ramen soup, which is how I eat them 95% of the time, these were a definite win! The serving size was perfect for a nice bowl of soup. They only take about 8 minutes to cook. Then you strain them and rinse them in cold water. You put them in your ramen soup at the same time that you would normally put in the dried noodles. It is a separate step but it wasn't much of an inconvenience. I use dehydrated vegetables that take a little time to rehydrate anyway so I just prepared these noodles while my veggies were rehydrating in my ramen pot. They were not mushy at all and soaked up the flavor of the developed broth really nicely. These are a win!

Ramen Noodles are back for me!
Ramen noodles are something that I crave, and they simply do not work for me as a Type2 Diabetic. It has been 15 years! These really worked! Not any noticeable impact on my blood sugar and they tasted good-- real! The serving is half a packet- and that was enough! I have tried making low-carb noodles, that have always been a lot of work and disappointment. I can have Ramen again! My husband tried them as well, and thought they were superior to the normal Ramen that he eats. They are pricey. At $18 for a 6 packs, half a pack is one serving that is $1.50 per serving. Definitely do-able if I don't have them every day. Thank you for this!

Textured noodle, acquired taste, good brand effort
Remind me a tiny bit of soba buckwheat noodles, kinda chewy but in a good way and nice to actually have something wholesome to eat noodle-wise on low carb. Hint: store leftovers in a tiny bit of the cooking liquid so they don't dry out. I would not pay more than 15$ for these. I cooked them longer than the 8 minutes suggested, prefer my noodles a bit softer. Otherwise I'd purchase again if the price is right and I feel like a change. Great product overall but probably not everyones texture preference. Had them with miso soup and really great dipped in egg yolk which tastes like cheese sauce to me ;) The product development is really admirable, I like the company's goal of a healthy product focus as well as the thoughtful balance of potassium and sodium powder and having something chewy for a change as well as healthy high fibre ingredients.

Don't bother
Between two households and my classroom I use Amazon a lot! I rarely write reviews. So I feel like that means something when I feel compelled to. This item is false advertising at its best. Sure. It's four carbs for 1 oz of noodles. 1 oz! It's half a package which is like nothing. So if you're low carb and you eat a full package for eight g of carbs, it might be worth it. If your keto... You'd have to budget this in for sure. As someone who's been low-carb many times. I know this is a typical scam in the low carb offering. And maybe it's my own fault for not reading the description close enough. I hope this helps someone else avoid the mistake of buying these. If you're thinking you're getting a whole pack of noodles for four carbs, you will be sadly disappointed. Even a full package is maybe half the noodles you get in a regular ramen package. Fyi I posted photos, I have small hands lol

Real review
I've been studying and implanting keto for over 12 years. Here is my honest take on these. They aren't great. That being said. Most products you compare to their non keto counterparts aren't. They cost significantly cheaper than the other more expensive keto Ramen option which I have bought a massive amount of too. Savings wise for a keto Ramen option. This is your best bet. Now. If you can get creative and learn how to cook recipes and experiment with things that fit your pallete. I think these will do great. But just tossing them in a dish without much prep. You'll probably be disappointed. These noodles can air on the overpowering side flavor wise if you don't take the time to properly prepare your food. I like to cook these noodles longer and strain them several times. I order these way more than immi because I've gotten better with cooking with them. Immi is the same way though but a it better mouth feel. But still as over powering if you don't cook them right. Key is in the prep. I know that's probably not what you want to hear but it is what it is.

Keto ramen that doesn’t taste like disappointment?? We might be evolving. These Low Carb Ramen Noodles come in at 4g net carbs with 5g protein, and somehow still bring that cozy, slurpable ramen energy. The flavor is actually solid—not watered down, not weird—and the noodles have a legit bite instead of that sad, slippery texture some keto brands have. Threw in a soft egg + chili oil and honestly forgot I wasn’t eating the full-carb version. Is it EXACTLY the same as classic ramen? No. Is it close enough to crush a craving without wrecking your macros? Absolutely. Final verdict: comfort food without the carb coma

Great noodles. Didn’t know I was eating low carb!
To begin, I was skeptical that there could be a low carb noodle that wouldn’t freak me out, but I was pleasantly surprised. I used these in a homemade ramen recipe which called for me to add the noodles to a pot that was off the heat but previously boling then simmering for about 10 mins. I did find that I needed to bring to boil and simmer on heat for another 5 mins or so to get the desired consistency. Noodles were slightly chewy but not rubbery nor did they fall apart. I cannot say that there were any off flavors. The broth was pretty substantial so if there was a flavor to the noodles, it was not overpowering. In short, I felt like I was eating regular ramen noodles. If you are going low carb and need a ramen fix, these are well worth purchasing.

We can enjoy real ramen again!!
these are the real deal. they are identical to a “real” noodle, except lighter (in a good way!). They just feel less heavy and more refreshing if that makes sense. The texture is spot on unlike other alternatives such as hearts of palm, zoodles, spaghetti squash, miracle/konjac noodle… I have done keto for about 6 years and have never found anything closer. In this photo, I made my favorite dishes! I boiled the noodles in water for about 8 minutes then rinsed them off really good in a strainer. I started my broth in a pot (Trader Joe’s ginger miso stock, sliced garlic, cilantro, sliced shallot, chili crisp oil, soy sauce, sesame oil) and added an egg & the noodles and simmered on low for about 10 minutes. Cooked up some pork belly in a pan & threw everything together + some kimchi. Total, this meal I would estimate is around 7 carbs. You can even add seaweed, Tofu, bok choy, etc!! I will be buying these noodles again
