DB MOON Women's Summer Casual Knee Length Dress Fit and Flare Beach Dresses (Small, Royal Blue)

I may be a little long waisted but the seam for the waist is higher (by a couple of inches) than shown in the picture. My other disappointment is that it wrinkles. The directions say to use a cold iron - I don't understand what good a COLD iron is supposed to do. The color however looks good on me and for the $ I am keeping it.
