Work with electric stove too

It's really bad it's been a month I'm using it. Initially it was ok I think just for a week after that whatever I cook on this pan it sticks to it. The nonstick isn't good. I thought it's Hawkins and it will be best but no I feel I got scammed.

I purchased a Hawkins tawa from Amazon and received a defective product. On first use (making chilla), the food got completely stuck, which indicates a clear quality issue. Hawkins customer care is asking me to personally drop the product at their service center with no pickup support. This defeats the purpose of online shopping for a newly purchased defective item. I request a replacement or refund without asking me to visit a service center.
