Consistent temp, perfect size, lasts long
Perfect for endometriosis pain and period cramps. My only problem is that between different patches the temperature is not completely consistent. Sometimes a patch will get perfectly warm and all I need to do it put it on my shorts and relax on the couch, and sometimes a patch will get so hot that I have to wrap it up in a thin blanket or towel before placing it. Heats up quickly I’d say in less than 10 minutes max. Each patch is individually sealed in a little red bag with easy tear open sides, and the patch itself is actually really thin and a little bendable. The size is also good, perfect for low abdomen cramps or to put on your upper back to relax muscles between shoulders. Very easy/quick to use, you need to do is open the package! They stay warm for a good few hours at least so it’s very functional. There is a sticky side that you can choose to use by either leaving on or removing a disposable paper sort of sheet on the back. The sticky side andheres easily to clothes (like the outside of your shirt or shorts) and doesn’t leave behind any residue, easy stick/easy removal. I wait until the patch is completely cool before throwing it away, it becomes hard after cooling completely. I keep buying more right before I run out because these specific ones are most consistent in temperatures out of multiple brands I’ve tried. It’s also a few cents cheaper to get more in a pack (like 20) than it is 10 just as an example, so I suggest getting more. You can always keep them in your closet or cabinet or something and use whenever needed since they only heat up once the individual bag is torn open.

Great non-chemical alternative
These heating patches work great and are priced great, too. If you know...these are wonderful in decreasing cramps and the number of chemical pain substances I use. That is a win-win-win. I will be ordering more of these patches as I love the idea of less cramps and not putting unnecessary chemicals in my body.

Worked great
Awesome for on the go if you have a chronic illness or whatever you may be going though the warmth actually lasted long to so that was an amazing plus honestly if I wanted to use it at work it wouldn’t be noticeable

Great for lower back pain!! Just as good as name brand imo
I AM SO FLIPPIN' THRILLED WITH THESE, I'm on my third package! I use these for lower back pain, just as good as Thermacare for a fraction of the price. Slap a couple on the each side of my lower back, perfection. They last for just as many hours as the name brand and get just as hot in my opinion.

8/10
I’m able to take it anywhere with me, not even for stomach pain but for neck/back pain as well. I recommend leaving it outside for a bit to warm up faster, otherwise it takes loooooong time before it warms up on its own.

Big enough
Patches are quite big and cover exactly the right spot. Doesn't stay warm for as long as they say, but does get you over the rough bit.

Not for Moderate-Severe Pain
If you suffer from endometriosis and adenomyosis and are looking for quality and effective pain management — this will not work well. The heat is not strong enough even if applied to skin. Better to invest in a rice-filled heat pouch or electric heater for continuous heat for pain management. The sticky adhesive of the patch is also not very strong.
