Why would you bother with anything else? These bands are woven fabric, not latex, so they’re not going to break and smack you in the face mid-set. I’ve been through dozens of cheap rubber sets, and these are the only ones that haven’t let me down. Here’s why they win: Modular resistance: They come in five sizes/weights and you can layer bands to get the exact resistance you want. Pair the 10 lb and 20 lb for 30 lbs—mix, match, and build as needed. Travel-friendly: They roll up small and stash in the bag. I keep a set at home, at work, and another for travel. Feels like having an entire rack of dumbbells, but in your gym bag. No slip, no snap: Soft fabric, internal rubber grip, and zero rolling or pinching. If you’ve ever had a band break on you, you’ll know this is a big deal. Versatile: Perfect for everything—squats, presses, glute bridges, stretching, PT. If you’re tall (like me, 6'1"), you might max out the stretch overhead, but for most exercises, they’re spot on. Durable: After two and a half years with three different sets, I’ve never had to replace one. They might stretch a bit over time, but they won’t break. A few tips: If you want to tie them around a rack or anchor, just loop and go—simple as that. They’re great for injury recovery too: I’ve used them for everything from Achilles tendonitis to herniated disc rehab. My only gripe? I wish you could buy individual bands in specific sizes, instead of having to buy the whole set again for more heavy bands. But honestly, it’s a minor annoyance. These fabric bands are very good. Well made. I’ve purchased these before and they last a long time. The price is definitely worth it.

They look good. Feel good. A few pulls in the fabric on the blue one. I wish the weight levels were a bit easier to see. But overall happy. They just need to air out because they smell a bit fishy to me🤢

So much better than synthetic rubber. Love these bands because they don’t bind or twist. Great gift.

Had previously suggest these all the time for my physical therapy clients because they held up well to use and are easy on the hands for grip! Had rated them 5/5 until recent reorder see photo. This last order they clearly switched suppliers and quality went down +as price went up by 5 bucks since last order. Pictures shows medium red band from previous order till this most recent order received today. New bands are almost and inch narrower when measured and feel easier so not sire how they’ll hold up. At least change photo or update band dimensions to reflect different product!

I bought these for supporting my weightlifting routines. I have been very happy with the fabric bands compared to rubber - less feeling that I am about to snap a huge rubber band into my skin! They stretch well and return to shape normally. I got these based on leg bands I also purchased from DMoose. I've been happy with the DMoose brand and these in particular. If you need Fabric Bands, this would be a good choice.

Perfect for my exercises! The inside of each band has a rubbery strip in the center for better traction. Appreciate the great price.

Excellent seller but not enough info on Web site about size. Bands are a lot longer than expected.
