The arms can go on either side of the couch, completely reversible, and despite a mishap where I accidentlly shifted while putting in the back support, it was easy to figure out that there was a small pressure indent to push on that would allow it to release and come right back out for ease of dismantling to move. This sofa does not disappoint in terms of comfort. The plush and supportive cushions provide a cozy seating experience for lounging, watching movies, or simply relaxing with a good book. The dark grey color is neutral and versatile, complementing a wide range of decor styles. IT DOES TAKE A DAY OR TWO TO FLUFF UP COMPLETELY! I found it very nice that it came together in only three boxes, I thought the way they stored the cushions and pillows inside of the ottomans to be quite clever. Easy to assemble. The amount of storage is great, perfect for my blanket collection. It’s a lot more comfortable than I was expecting it to be. The best part is that me, my husband, and our animals can all be on the couch at the same time and not feel like we’re stacked on top of each other. My only gripe is that the back cushions are a little thin, but that’s easily fixed with some throw pillows. We’ll see how it holds up over time.

I can't rave enough about this couch! It was the best purchase I made when looking for a couch. It's super comfy. The amount of storage is great! And its super easy to clean Me and my boyfriend have both fell asleep on it many times and my dogs love it as well. When looking for comfy this your couch. Its not super firm but to super squishy

I gave this 3 stars because we ordered "suede green" and it is definitely grey, not green. I had my heart set on that dark green color that is shown in the picture. So that was disappointing. Appearance- it's cute, it's lower than I'm used to. The arms are shorter than I'd prefer. It was easy to put together, to about 30 minutes. The instructions were simply to follow. It's firm, but comfortable. Again, it would be more comfortable to me if the arms were a bit higher and wider. But it is sturdy and comfy enough. Overall it is a decent couch for a small space for the price you pay. The only downfall to me was receiving grey instead of green.

When I saw this couch online it looked like it would be great for our new home. We have waited 5 months looking for the right couch; I saw this couch with the storage space and mulled over it for a few days before making the purchase. It was delivered with ease and so was the set up. However, it snags easy on ANYTHING, ANYTHING! The back leans too far back so I have it shoved against the wall plus the back is too short and I am 5’ 3”. Zero support for the back. The seat cushions are too firm in contrast with the low leaning, zero support back make this UNCOMFORTABLE. I am unhappy with the purchase. It looks terrible with all the runs and it’s uncomfortable to sit or lay on. :(

For those saying it took several hours to put together, I am not sure why. The longest part was the disposal of the cardboard. It took me less than an hour to assemble the entire couch by myself. It is very firm on the seating part but the back pillows are fairly thin even after fluffing for several days. I will say well worth the money. The storage is great! I do wish the back of the couch was higher (I am 5' 11) so sitting comfortably the back of the couch reached right below my shoulder blades. It was super easy to move around the living room to figure out the best placement for a very small space. I went with the darker gray and absolutely love how it looks.

This couch is perfect! It was easy to put together, comfortable, great quality and overall great! Due to pets, I already had to wash one of the covers and it was super easy to get off and put back on. They covers are also made in a way that stuff doesn't leak through them to the cushion underneath. One of the legs came with a break in the bottom, I reached out to the company directly and they shipped a replacement immediately with no hassle! Highly recommend!
