An exciting build!!!
Iโm a 75 year old man and it took me 2 weeks to complete this build. I enjoy the process of building these projects, but the only problem is Iโm running out of space to display them.

Intricate and Challenging but NOT Perfect
I have done many micro-block kits over the years from simple to large and challenging. This one was among the most challenging I have ever done -- especially that rock that the lion sits on. However, like most such kits, the claim of pieces is inflated greatly. This kit claims to use 4800 pieces. According to my figuring (possibly a little inaccurate), that is off by more than 400 pieces! Yes, I had all the pieces I needed and still had over 200 extra pieces when I finished but even with that, it was short by over 150 pieces from the claim of 4800 pieces. I ALWAYS have to take the claimed size with a boulder of salt! The instructions were some of the best I have seen but were still difficult at times to see what was going on. Having black lines on dark dark gray (representing black blocks) blocks to note pieces is not good! What was good was, while having a consistent angle of the design, using a separate copy of a piece and an arrow to note pieces that were partially obscured by other pieces already placed. What was also good was in some areas that were intricate, a second, directly overhead image of the area shows placement where the angled shows details in the kind of piece. What was not good was the number of steps. It should have been higher. Especially in the "part A" section of the kit, what should have been 3 or 4 steps was jammed into a single step. If the step includes construction on multiple, disjointed parts of the design, it should be multiple steps, one for each section. Some of the early steps (after the base was completed) had 3 or 4 totally disjointed sections. That makes the printing small where it could have been bigger if the instructions zoomed on the specific area. Even the last part (the animals and vehicles) could have been split up. It did help that, although the pieces needed showed the entire figure, the step was split into sub-steps. The trees were similar in the middle part of the project. The placement of those odd "leaves" could have been better explained. They were often not clear but that wasn't important since trees CAN be unique. Overall, it was a fun project but longer than usual. Working on it an hour or so several times a day took me well over a week to complete. The elephant is adorable but not to scale. The sitting lion is almost as big as the elephant. Was it really necessary to decapitate the one zebra? The one laying down has the body in one part and the head (2 pieces) placed next to it but not connected. I have the companion piece and will do that later -- after I recover from this. Plusses and minuses -- it lost a star because of the difficulty reading parts of the instructions, and the inaccuracy in number of pieces.

This is fun.
This is a fun build. It is a complicated build. You have to pay attention. You will need some sort of craft tweezers that can handle these without damaging. That makes it a lot easier to put together. Not quite finished with it yet but it's getting there.
