I was sceptical before buying this but Everything works perfect as promised , better battery life, performance and value for money compared to poly voyager 5200

Don't buy this item it's not even cancelling bike noise.

Just double check if you get original product. I'm unable to verify that but had issues with product. Noise cancellation is just zero I'm not sure why..wasn't expecting it to be awesome as such but the mic cathes every noise and people on otherside can hear background noise. I'm referring to office calls not personal. Another major problem was Bluetooth connectivity. It was pathetic even after connecting dongle. My samsung buds 2 pro has much far reach than this one. The moment I step out of room that's it either I can't hear or they can't hear what I speak. Sound quality can be bit better since this is for one ear only. Overall, not a great product (unless I received a faulty or a second copy) l, reviews of BH71 in youtube etc are really great even in busy coffee shops etc but my experience is not on par for this product that too at this price range! Product is dusty and has fungus. The Bluetooth connector has rust. The box is tampered and multiple tapes. Some open and some packed

I have purchased in June 2024, since 4 days it's troubling I can hear the voice but the other person can't hear my voice. Even I do not know service centre where I can get it services Plz help

Items missing in the box, charging cable and ear buds are not in the box, how can the seller miss ear buds! Seems like a refurbished product sold to me. Not acceptable for a premium product to have out of box issues, avoid purchasing from this seller.

Bad product. The online reviews were great. So I purchased from their Bangalore office via post. After 4 months of use, all of a sudden it stopped charging. Then there is no service center in India. You buy such a costly product and if it fails, you are just dependent on their on-call support. But in my case, they said they cannot repair and will replace it. But after weeks of delay, they said that the product is imported and spare stock is not available in India. They refunded the money. There is no point in buying a costly earphone if it cannot be repaired or replaced and takes that much time to sort out the issue. Just harassment. Buy something with local support.

Works well connecting laptop and mobile phone at the same time.

Using it for my Teams calls. I have privacy in an open office environment, but I can still hear well and still hear ambient sound. I look and sound good, too. My hair doesn’t get mushed up by bulky headphones.

The box was not sealed, it was opened. The case doesnt close properly. There was dust on the case. Delivered late than expected time. Not recommended seller.
