Is this small, sturdy, and portable enough to be worn during a day of work activities?

IN SHORT: It is small, sturdy and portable enough for sure. No issues in an office environment (not a lot of required movement). However, just be cautious and test your full range of movements to see how it feels before driving with it on. Besides that one concern, you should be able to do any kind of work with it on! Word of CAUTION regarding driving:...Depending on the placement, I've felt the electricity suddenly in my leg muscles (nothing I couldn't control movement-wise - once recognized) whenever I moved into certain positions. So I suggest you walk around and sit with it before you use it while driving (and plan to press a gas pedal) or just turn it off for the drive.

I want this for period pain but do you know if it can be used on other part of the body? For instance the neck?

Livia is only indicated for use for menstrual pain. In addition, many women report that it is also extremely effective in treating their endometriosis pain. However, it is not intended for use on other parts of the body, including the neck.
