the best sugar substitute
I was so pleased to discover this plant-based sugar substitute. Unlike saccharine, stevia, and other formulas, this monkfruit/allulose sweetener has no strange aftertaste, no effect on digestion. The very fine powder dissolves easily in hot coffee and cold smoothies. It’s pricey but worth it.

Great sugar substitute
I had tried monk-fruit only one other time and didn’t care for it just tasted bitter. I have been told it has a lot of benefits and good for diabetics. So, thought I would try one more time and try a different brand. So, glad I did, this is so much better and I love both the brown sugar and regular sugar substitutes. I would like to try baking with it however it comes in a pretty small bag and cost is pretty high I think it would be awesome to bake with though. If it were cheaper I would definitely use it in place of sugar and brown sugar every time. Definitely feels like a straight across exchange for sugar. Not overly sweet. Mixes in really well.

Impressive Sweetness and Great for Baking
I’ve tried a variety of sugar substitutes over the years, but this blend is a standout. The most noticeable difference is the potency—it is much sweeter than many other artificial sweeteners I’ve used in the past. You really don't need much to get the job done. Why I recommend it: Superior Sweetness: It packs a punch, so a little goes a long way in coffee, tea, or recipes. Perfect Texture: The addition of allulose gives it a great "mouthfeel" that mimics real white sugar much better than erythritol-only blends. Clean Taste: I didn't notice any of the bitter aftertaste that usually comes with stevia or older artificial options. Diet Friendly: It’s a reliable choice for staying low-carb or keto without feeling like you're missing out on treats. It dissolves easily and behaves well in the oven. If you’ve found other substitutes a bit dull or chemically-tasting, this one is definitely worth the switch. I recommend starting with slightly less than the recipe calls for and adjusting to taste.

Keto friendly!
This is the best tasting sugar substitute I have ever had. Not only is it very low on the glycemic index, but it can actually help glucose levels when consuming with carbs. The Value for money is its uncompromising taste and comparison to sugar when baking and making deserts. It’s a natural alternative that is derived from fruits like raisins and dates. The molecular structure is almost identical to regular sugar but does not spike blood glucose! Mixes quick and easily with beverages. The large quantity is very convenient.

Great Tasting Sugar Substitute
I find the taste of this extremely close to the actual taste of sugar without even a hint of the unpleasant after-taste you get from many of the other sugar substitutes. It behaves in every way like sugar, except that I don't agree that it's a one-to-one replacement for sugar, at least not in coffee, as I find I have to use about 3 teaspoons of this to achieve the same degree of sweetness I get from about a teaspoon and a half of sugar. But that's not at all important to me, I'm happy to use more of it if I have to. The point is, it tastes great, has zero calories, and doesn't promote tooth decay. I should mention that I switched to this after first having used the version of Monkfruit sweetener made with Erythritol instead of Allulose for years but became concerned with the former after reading certain studies calling into question the safety of Erythritol. Not saying those studies are necessarily true or that Allulose has proven to be any safer; just reporting the reason for my change. They both taste pretty much identical so it was not a difficult decision to simply use something else if there was any question. The reason I'm giving this only 4 stars instead of 5, however, has nothing to do with the taste or any aspect of the product itself -- the product is excellent, let me make that clear. It's because, for whatever reason, this seller has completely failed to deliver it on two occasions. Each delivery getting "lost" somehow. The most recent incident was as part of what was supposed to have been a subscription delivery that got totally messed up, then I had an issue getting a refund, although I eventually did get my money back. They apparently stock-out of this from time to time but you get no notice except that it hasn't arrived when it was supposed to and then you check into your account to find out what happened to your order. Then all you find is a message saying "Your delivery has been delayed" with no further information as to when you can expect it to come. Don't forget, this is a subscription, it was placed weeks ago, so how is it they don't have enough stock on hand to fill your order that they knew was coming? You may or may not get a message later saying words to the effect, "Your order has been lost, would you like a refund?", but if you choose "I'd like a refund", you're still not getting any Monkfruit Sweetener and apparently you would not get any until the next few weeks when your subsequent subscription date would be due again. Not okay. See, I'd rather have the sweetener than the refund, or else why would I have placed the order in the first place? Unless you contact Amazon to follow up on this yourself, nothing more will happen. They missed a delivery, you don't have your product. Again, that's not okay, especially when you use this product regularly as you would sugar or any grocery staple. To fix this, I had to cancel my subscription, then immediately sign up for a new subscription. Really dumb way of doing things and I certainly shouldn't have had to go through all of this just to get the product I ordered weeks earlier and subscribed to specifically so that I would never run out. But I'm gong to give them the benefit of the doubt for now and hopefully they can clean up that part of their act, because the product itself, as I said, is excellent. They just need to learn how to manage inventory, work on keeping enough in stock to fulfill their orders, and do a better job of communicating with customers if there's going to be an issue with delivery.

Great for Baking, Pickling, & Cooking w/1:1 replacement
I have been using tgis for about a year and a half and I love it! I can sub it in recipes without having to calculate how much is needed to replace the sugar because it simple, equal parts. Yes, it does not taste exactly like sugar, but it doesn't taste awful like most artificial sweetness. I have baked with it, used it for pickling, and used it in other dessert recipes like cheesecake!!!! and in each instance it was amazing! It blends well, and provided exactly amount of sweet I was looking for. I think I would prefer to not even have to use a sugar substitute that includes monkfruit, but honestly, I'm afraid I won't like allulose by itself. So I'm buying another bag of tgis, along with a bag of pure allulose this time to see if there is a huge difference or not. I, personally, find monkfruit to typically excessively sweet, so maybe that's why this particular brand adds allulose. But I also know allulose has a tremendous amount of potential health benefits that I haven't seen reported being present with monkfruit. I may edit this review after I've tried the pure allulose to include my experience with pure allulose vs this product. Either way, yes, I 100% can say I recommend this!

Very happy with this sugar substitute
It seems I’ve tried just about every sugar substitute out there, and I'm very happy with this one. After learning that sucrolose was not a healthful choice, I did research on the legitimate medical sites, and had narrowed down the potential choices to stevia, monk fruit and allulose as the best of the bunch. Stevia is certainly sweet enough, but it never quite tasted like sugar. I have a sensitive stomach and found Allulose by itself not a great choice. Same with erythritol blends. I've also tried monk fruit extract, but so little is used (it comes with a tiny scoop), it's difficult to measure accurately. The pure monk fruit + allulose blend is exactly what I was looking for, and the measure is 1:1 with sugar. It dissolves quickly in coffee and tea and tastes very much like sugar, with no weird aftertaste and no bitterness.

No tan bueno
Endulza muy poco, no parece que traiga el Monk fruit. Es más alulosa, no me gustó. Compré de otra marca y endulza más, la consistencia es mejor aunque está más económico, no lo volvería a comprar.
