No need to hesitate!
It was pretty easy to assemble. All the screws came pre-assembled meaning they were in the respective holes already and all you needed to do was unscrew, attach the part and rescrew. One of the arms gave me a little trouble but for the most part it was pretty easy.

I Recommend it, the chair is perfect!
After reading comments I wasn't sure about this item but I took a risk because of the price, I bought the chair for my wife who doesn't like working with big chairs and is also really picky, the good news is that the quality is much better than expected I contacted costumer service to let them know I received wrong color, they really paid attention to me, I'm glad I contacted them and my wife is happy with her new chair!

Decent chair but made for pygmies
The base is sturdy, but seems a little flimsy compared to professional models. This is a decent chair for the price, but it's for very short people. It does not rise more than the height of an average chair which is inconvenient for a salon. The hydraulic lift is small and short.

Won't lift or turn and floor protector comes loose
I had this chair assembled by a professional. The chair won't lift up or turn around, making it completely WORTHLESS to help me do my child's hair. The chair is also very heavy so moving it manually is a pain. Also when you try to move it, the floor protector on the bottom comes loose so you then have to lift the whole chair or turn it over to try to put the protector back in place. Because I had to coordinate assembly with the pro during the holiday season, it took a while to get this chair assembled and notice these problems. I therefore missed the 30-day timeframe to return it. These problems were at the beginning of use before anyone sat in it!! I had a second assembly person look at it and he too confirmed this chair was defective. I am very disappointed. I will dispute this transaction.
