Can this be used in transmissions?

There is a separate Tribotex formulation specifically created for the transmission.  The two should not be interchanged.  And as is with the original product the transmission formula has individual formulations and sizes depending on your specific transmission (such as for manual, automatic , differential etc.).  This product is applied in a variety of ways depending on your vehicle with some being quite involved so make sure to determine your specific method of application before ordering so not to be caught off guard.

Can this be used in a 3.5 ltr V6 with 0/20 oil

You can but not enough threatment this’s only designed for a smaller engine such as 2 - 4 cylinder. You should get bigger TRIBOTEX designed for V6 cylinder like my SUV  After 500 miles you can tell the difference really works & save gas with my experienced.

Question 3

Would this work in a motorcycle that runs a wet clutch or would it hurt the clutch?

With regard to your wet clutch question which formulation should be used with the wet clutch the original or transmission?  I have a 61 Lambretta Li150 which has a two stroke engine with a wet clutch.  The clutch gears and chain are separately enclosed and kept wet with 2 stroke transmission oil and the fuel is premixed with a different two stroke oil which lubes the carb and piston.  I have not been able to get an answer as to which Tribotex product would be used with the transmission oil and which would be used with the premix...if this treatment should be applied to the premix oil.  I requested clarity from the company but have yet to get a reply.  If anyone has any information it would be much appreciated.

Would this size container be ok for my 1.8L engine for a 99’ corolla?

Yes generally though, cars are better with Original. 
Another thing, Corollas of this years at this age often show signs of oil consumption that is caused by oil control ring drain holes clogged with carbon deposits. It is a challenge to find a product that decabon the deposits easily in case of Corollas. Be diligent changing oil if car does not burn too much oil.
