Not compatible with a Sora 9 Speed Shifter
The item clearly states "Shimano (771) Deore XT 9 Spd Rear Derailleur Top Normal". But this is not compatible with my 9 Speed Sora Shifter. I tried installing it and indexing the gears but it doesn't work. The gears keep skipping when I get beyond 2 or 3. So, I am returning the item.

inaccurate description. deore rear derailleurs are over 300 grams. not the 15 grams they claim here
