I’d advise alternative premium brands
They’re okay as a cheap alternative to the nicorette pouches- but what you pay is what you get. I did not feel the nicotine until I put 3 of these patches on my body. Comparatively, the Nicorette patches set your blood on fire after 2 minutes of use, even with just half a patch. Big difference in quality, very weak nicotine, not enough to calm cravings- only purchase these if the Nicorettes are out of your budget, but you’ll use these ones up very fast
