The mirror is exactly as described, with good quality sturdy frame and high quality glass. The way they respond to all queries, and the swiftness of their response is amazing. I had some issues with installing the frame and they sent help to do it themselves. Would highly recommend their products!

Excellent product & top customer service
I was particular about this mirror as it fitted into our decor scheme very well , ordered & later amazon changed the delivery date due to logistics issues, I called up dreamy walls and they ensured the delivery bang on , went out of way to make sure I got it before the house warming . the promoter himself got into the act and went out of the way to help, rare these days

An excellent product with exceptional service. The mirror was delivered promptly, and while the packaging was robust, the frame and mirror were unfortunately shattered in transit. I believe this was due to rough handling by the courier service, and not a reflection on the seller. I reached out to the owner, Vikas, who was incredibly professional and courteous. He immediately dispatched a replacement, which arrived in perfect condition. The quality and finish of the mirror are outstanding, and I am very impressed with the product. Highly recommended for both the quality of the item and the outstanding customer service.
