Howdens Lamona Oven Control Knob/Hob Switch (Silver)

Not fit for purchase, do not buy. It may look like a good replacement but it is fundamentally wrong! It's prime purpose us to help you select between oven, grill and off. You can make do with this product by not bothering that it points to grill when off, or simply not buy.

ok but its in the wrong directionwhen you put it on the oven, the switch will not appear straight but in another direction: eg: it will appear on light-bulbtherefore the howden lamona oven knob is good but if the oven knob is in the wrong direction, then how are you supposed to use it ?Overview, this knob is not recommendable

While this item fits the cooker and was dispatched promptly, the pointer on the knob points in the wrong direction and is one notch to the left of where it should be, i.e. when the oven is off, the pointer points to the grill function.

Just the part I needed with super fast delivery.

Although item purchased,matched exsiting cooker knobs,it failed in that it failed to align with off marks. In order to switch off it, I have to use the grill marker. And this is the case whenever I use the oven. So overall not happy with product,but at least all the knobs' look the same.😉

I chose to ignore the other reviews on this item and thought I would risk buying it anyway. I should have listened as this item is not fit for purpose, it looks identical to the one I am needing to replace however when I put it on it fits with the indent facing a different way to my other 3. Pointless product

The referring slash on top is made wrongly and doesn't Mach the signs of the cook

Although the knob fits my oven, and works, when the oven is off, the switch shows it's in an on position. I contacted the seller who did offer to replace the product but couldn't guarantee the replacement would be any different.
