This docking station made my workspace a lot more organized and efficient. It connected to my laptop without any trouble, and setting up two external monitors was quick and easy. The dual-monitor support works great with clear video output, and the variety of ports lets me hook up all my accessories with just one cable. Overall, it feels solid, runs cool, and has been a reliable, great-value addition to my setup.

Very impressed with this, especially at the price available from the open box/like new option ($26) More ports available than any other miniature dock/replicator I've seen. Supports my Steam Deck at 4k/120 to an HDTV via HDMI. HDR even works without issue. Probably the best and cheapest dock available on the market.

I searched through dozens of hubs to find one that fit my use case - I have two different laptops that I periodically have to swap into my dual-monitor desktop setup, one of which has only a single USB-C port. This unit has dual-HDMI outputs, allows for PD charging (you need a separate power brick and USB cable), and has enough USB ports to allow me to leave a keyboard, mouse, headphone dongle, and webcam attached. As others have noted, it does get a bit warm, though not enough to burn or be of real concern. The one issue I have with the unit is the USB-C connector - it's an integrated cable, and it's short. One of my laptops has its USB-C port on the left, and the other has it on the right, and the integrated cord on this unit isn't long enough to reach both from a single position, which means I have to constantly flip it over when I swap laptops, resulting in a tangle of cords. And if anything goes wrong with the integrated cord, the whole unit will be useless. I'd much prefer to be able to use a longer cord. Otherwise, it's a great unit for the price.

I've been using the Baseus 10-in-1 Docking Station for a while now and I'm genuinely impressed. This thing is well-built, reliable, and does exactly what it promises. All the ports perform as advertised. I've had zero issues with any of my connected devices via USB-A or USB-C, and PD 3.0 charging works perfectly — I can charge my device at full speed while it's fully docked, which is exactly what you want. One thing worth mentioning: the dock does get a little warm under heavy use, which is expected for a hub this capable. However, the metal chassis does an excellent job dissipating heat, and I've never had any concerns about it running too hot. It's clearly a thoughtful design choice that sets this apart from cheaper plastic alternatives. For the price, this is an outstanding hub. If you're looking for a reliable, well-built docking station that handles dual monitors and a full suite of peripherals without breaking a sweat — this is the one. Highly recommended.

Great dock! I tested all the ports as soon as I received it, and everything works perfectly with my MacBook. It is very versatile, supporting two 4K monitors, USB-C for both power and data, an SD card slot, and impressively 10Gbps USB, and a 1Gbps Ethernet port! Given its versatility and high-performance ports, it is truly worth the price!

I used this Baseus 10-in-1 docking station with my MacBook Air, connecting an external monitor with a HDMI cable, and a wireless keyboard and wireless mouse through a USB receiver. For the first four or five months, everything worked well. However, I gradually started noticing increasing lag with the keyboard and mouse. Over the past two weeks, the problem became so severe that the keyboard would barely register keystrokes and the mouse would become essentially unresponsive. At first, I thought the problem might be the batteries in the keyboard and mouse, so I replaced both with new batteries. The problem continued. I then connected the same keyboard and mouse to an older USB adapter that I already had, without changing anything else. The problem immediately disappeared. This strongly suggests that the Baseus docking station is the source of the problem. The monitor still works through the Baseus dock, but a docking station like this is supposed to provide connectivity for multiple peripherals, not just a display. If the USB ports become unreliable to the point that a keyboard and mouse cannot be used, the dock is effectively unusable for my setup. It worked very well initially, but unfortunately the reliability did not last. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend it for long-term use.

Unfortunately once every few hours it randomly decides to disconnect the monitor and the ethernet port for a few seconds at a time. It then reconnects back just fine, but that is long enough to ruin a game and is becoming too frustrating to handle. Disappointing, because otherwise the dock is actually really nice. Just wish it wouldn't randomly disconnect. I've tried it with and without a 100w power adapter plugged into it as well but nothing changed. I waited too long to return it so that's on me, but just wanted to share the experience.

Really enjoying this. Helps a lot with double monitors

Two years this February 2026 using it as primary and only dock with my work laptop with at least 8 hours every day. Zero problems so far. I will add more to this review later but wanted to express how satisfied I am with this dock. I see there is only one unit left and I am not sure if seller will restock it but if you are looking for a very reliable dock with tons of connectivity options, go for it. You will thank yourself.
