The bed is mostly of good quality. However the plywood support the mattress is of low quality. It is highly chemically treated plywood, which means you have a strong smell for month (which is a little toxic especially for young kids). Also, assembly is not included in the price.

2 major issues 1.Product that you will receive will be mostly damaged even in case of replacement 2. Services offered to repair or make it working one Bed are highly pathetic , that will end up frustrating you alot. Same product is listed for 2.5k less on other platform I still have damaged product without resolution even after ~2 months

Excellent design & good quality sheesham wood . Nicely finished and polished . Elegant furniture added beauty to the ambience . Easy to self assemble . Though installation service was provided. But to my dissapointment I received a broken bedside . However I must admit that the problem was resolved in minutes for which i would appreciate the delivery partner Amazon & business associates sona arts for providing me a replacement immediately , hassle free. It was a great experience shopping online without a slightest thought of receiving a damaged product when you have such reliable firms doing business online . I sincerely express my thanks to Sona arts again for exemplary customer support and they are providing excellent furniture at best price . I had also bought a bed from Sona art last year which was again an excellent wood work and no complaints even after a year .
