It is a very sturdy large box with a slick finish that is easy to clean. The sides are high with a low entry spot.The entrance on the side works better for my cats than on the end of the litter box. It is expensive for a litter box and because of the large size it is a little more difficult to empty the box and start fresh. I manage this by using a liquid spray cleaner when box is emptied. It meets my requirements with eleven cats and is good quality.

We have 5 cats and they all prefer open litter boxes as opposed to covered ones. The other boxes we have have higher sides, but the entrance was also high. We have 1 senior cat and she prefers the ones with the lower entrance. However, one of our younger cats kept urinating outside the litter box because the sides weren’t high enough! We also have 1 very large cat so we needed a xl litter box to accommodate her. The place we put our litter box needed the entrance to be on the long side of the box, not the short side. This litter box is perfect! It is xl, has very high sides, large enough but low enough entrance and it doesn’t scratch easily. I feel like it is also better at not having the clumps stick to it - they come out very easily compared to other litter boxes we’ve had where it would stick and we’d have to scrape the litter box. All our cats with differing needs love it! It was well worth the cost!

My cat has always preferred open litter boxes but she can be a little messy if the lid is off. The sides on these are tall enough that the litter stays in the box. Since I have an elderly cat, I also appreciate the low entry. It is low enough to get in, but high enough that the litter doesn’t come out. These boxes easily hold 30 pounds of litter, and, so far, have been easy to scoop out. The plastic itself is heavy duty and the box can be lifted and moved around with the litter inside without worry about it bending, so these should last a very long time. Although I think these are expensive for litter boxes, I am very happy with the quality.

Nice purchase. Keeps the spillage minimal. I have a main coon and at times the pee goes over a regular box bc he's tall and long this is a perfect solution for a large cat or multiple cats. Lots of "covering " surface if you can't get to scooping one day. Very sturdy. Gave 4 stars bc I think it's a bit pricey for a litter box, otherwise very happy w purchase.

This box is huge! I love the shape and entrance cut out. Great for large cats. I have main coon kitten at 11 months he is 13 lbs he is strong when he digs he really makes a mess. Since I got this box it solved the problem. No more litter on the floor. Highly recommend this product.

I rarely write reviews, but this product deserves it. The quality of this litterpan is excellent. Plastic is VERY thick, high-quality and sturdy plastic. It looks "classy" - if a litterpan can look "classy! :) We even purchased two more for our garage. Our cat who was urinating (spraying) - The high sides solve that problem and everyone is happier! LOVE THESE MORE THAN ANY OTHER ONE WE'VE OWNED.

This is really good at keeping the litter in the box, when my cats are kicking up a storm to cover that stinky stuff. It’s also high enough to keep the scratching on the sides of the container rather than the wall.It’s way too expensive.

This was to help us with A cat that likes to spray. This works as he likes to face out when going, and his urine has to be directed away from walls and floors. It’s not the cheapest, but it’s Highly functional
