Very happy with these plates. Perfect replacement. My grandma had bought these for my mum decades ago (probably 40 plus years ago!) back when she was a student and so was gutted when two blew up in the microwave this new year. I found these which are identicle and am so glad Duralex still make them. We worried they would be a thinner glass by now, like so many other companies making cut backs, but they weren't! They're just as thick and great as they have always been. So impressed that I am converted to Duralex and want to purchase my own Duralex plates and putting them on my wedding list. Thank you Duralex for continuing to be great and keeping this line going! Heres an image of the new and old version- the older one on the right has just been well used and washed up a lot so is no longer as shiny.

Love these plates! I would never have thought of getting a set of glass plates but after buying the set of bowls and seeing how good they were I decided to get the plates as well. They have a lovely vintage feel to them and are very well made. They are a little smaller than standard dinner plates so beware of this but they have been a great addition to our dinner set especially for everyday use.

These have a retro feel about them which I love. Can't go wrong being glass - easy to clean & a joy to use

The quality of the plates is good as expected being Duralex. The only problem was several scratches in 3 of the plates... they're not cheap precisely.

Excellente marque qui perdure de génération en génération, résistant, passe très bien au lave vaisselle, fabriqué en France, un style vintage qui nous ramène en vacances chez papy mamie.

Almost exactly like the plates I used to have. The only difference is that the raised writing indicating "Duralex" and "Made in France" are inside the plates rather than on the bottom of the plates. I guess they made new molds and didn't notice this raised writing was inside the plates until too late and decided to leave them be. Not that it matters too musch.

avevo dei piatti fondi in vetro ambrato antichi a cui mancavano i piatti fondi per completare il servizio e con questi sono riuscita finalmente a trovare la sfumatura identica ai miei . Carini , robusti , leggeri e sopratutto pratici perche lavabili in lavastoviglie, insomma un bel servizio da utilizzare tutti i giorni con piacere.
