Great Quality and Value
I absolutely love these for working from home, and they're super affordable. They're really comfortable. The sound quality and battery life are really good. I like that they're are multiple options for connecting and the buttons to mute and end calls with the headset. It also connects easily to multiple devices at once, so I can use it with my phone and computer. I have a more expensive headset that I never use because I like this better.

Great all around headset
Great headphones and great mic with decent bass. Not too stiff on the ears and not too heavy. You can charge while using if needed unlike most others I have tried. Works with Bluetooth, wireless usbc dongle, and direct wired usbc cable on Windows, Linux, IOS, and Samsung Dex. Only need a usbc 2.0 cable for the headphones and mic to work. Great price especially if you catch it on sale.

Decent
Despite what others say, the noise cancelling feature does work. I've gotten confirmation on that as early as today and previously on at least one live call and one Teams meeting. My only issue with this headset is that the mute button will stick. Sometimes I'll have a call comes in and I can't take it off mute. I have to always turn it off and back on. Luckily I keep another wireless noise cancelling headset on my desk for this reason. That way I can switch in Avaya from one headset to the next. They are also a bit tight on the ears.

Mic quite working after 6 months
I have never got the noise canceling feature to work properly. Also on teams sometimes the mute button works and other times it won't but the worst part is I have only had these for less than 7 months and the mic went out. I have tried everything I can think of and no one can hear me and the test mic in settings doesn't pick up any noise.

Wish I got these a long time ago
Like all my experiences with JLAB products...... OUTSTANDING. I am a over dimensional transport specialist, so it is very important for my headset to be comfortable and clear. For the last two weeks of using this headset for 10 hours a day it still feels like clouds over my ears, and with the JLAB app adjustments, you get crystal clear sound, and almost 0 background noise. I have recommended these to all the other specialists, and even drivers that I work with. It is easy to connect via Bluetooth, is pretty light, doesn't squeeze your head, is built to last with metal framework, is compatible and pairs very quickly with every device I have tried it on

Mute fails randomly
I've had the the headset for about a month and it works alright for the most part. I don't have any connection issues, and the person on the other end hears me well. The issue is that the mute button suddenly just stops working randomly. The mute light also fails when this occurs. The only way to get it going again is to turn off the headset and get it started again. This isn't a super big issue when I'm taking regular calls, however it does become one when I'm in a zoom meeting and I can't mute. Somehow the headset overrides my ability to set the mute on the computer so I just end up having to switch headsets all together.

Didn't last a year
didn't last a year. And was great for dual connectivity but it was too cumbersome and I turned that off. Worked way better wired with full stereo, but was more reliable as bluetooth for mic and meetings, just not for music. It was good for the price, until it kept shutting down after only minutes of use. Back to speaker until I replace it.

Teams call champion
I've been using these for my desk job for well over a year now and I'm impressed. Decent sound quality, decent build quality, excellent range and battery life, plus the mute button and LED indicator on the side is a nice touch. All for such a cheap package you really can't go wrong
