Very well-researched. Rather erudite for the average reader, I would think. But for someone who enjoys delving into the subject it is a joy.

This is an amazing book. Beautifully written and presented from a remarkable knowledge base. A very special book to explore and learn from. Manuel Lima is one of a very special group of people who can simplify complex ideas and convey them to a diverse audience. A would highly recommend this book to anyone in the design disciplines and interested in creative approaches within research.

Nice book if you like graphical and treelike ways to express things. This is not the ultimate eye-candy book, but it illustrates finely different kind of trees.
