Do these towels have hooks?

Not hooks as such but double labels on which you can hang them up.

Would these be suitable to use as normal towels for after a shower.

Yes, I use as a towel after showering/bathing, I wash line dry then tumbler for 20 mins, I've had mine for over a year and still fluffy and soft x

Are these Towels like a fleece material?

No they are soft towelling material Wash beautifully plus extra quick dry Warning advise on product do not use comfort I would highly recommend
