Packaging needs to be better
The bow, and all the accessories are good quality, but the arrows were packed in a plastic bag and the fletchings were all bent and folded down making the arrows unusable until I get them re-fletched. Other arrows i had ordered from Sanlida were packed extremely well and perform perfectly.

What a cheap way to get into archery.
I am new to archery and wanted to get into it for an entry-level cost. I got the 38-41lb 66" and while stringing it was odd, it was not difficult. The bow seems of remarkably high quality for the price, the arrows were decent enough for practice, and the string could use an upgrade. Otherwise, it's shot true and straight with every shot I don't foul up. Some 600 grain arrows, 590 total weight, decent broadhead, string, and silences would make it a respectable hunting bow.

Good beginner bow.
I ordered this in the 68" length based on my wingspan measurements. I received the bow, and unboxed it and put everything together. I had a very hard time stringing it, the upper limb would twist and the string would flip over to the other side of the limb. I read at least one review here stating the same issue, so I ordered a replacement hoping that would be better. Being stubborn I kept trying and got the bow strung, but pulling back on the string the limb would twist. I got it strung one more time, and being even more stubborn I put the strung bow out in the sun. I left it for 3 days sitting in my garden shed where it stays warm overnight. When the replacement bow arrived I went out and tried the original bow, and it seemed like letting it hold position and relax helped the twisting issue. I shot a handful of arrows through it, and noticed that the string would not 100% line back up in the groove. Since I had a few weeks for the return, I got busy for a few days and then went back and tried the bow after it had sat there strung for a total of about 5 days. I shot a few dozen arrows through it, and the string went back into the groove every time. I kept shooting it every evening and no issues except that I suck at shooting it, but it is my first bow and my first recurve. There is a learning curve, no pun intended. I put the sight on, but found it didn't really help me that much, so I removed it. I bought a different arrow rest that helps align the arrow as it exits the bow more positively, and so far I have been getting better as I practice and develop some muscle memory and repeatability. I sent the replacement bow back, but appreciated the relatively quick turn around time. This is my first, but I may order a better bow over time if I get better. As a first time recurve bow I cannot fault this brand except for the twisted limb issue, otherwise it seems to function just fine. Perhaps sitting in a warehouse somewhere for months does not help these types of products. I use the quiver that came with it, and I ordered another dozen arrows as I sent some very wide of the target and up into our field somewhere. I don't use any sort of finger protection or arm guard yet, maybe if I start to shoot a lot more. Overall I am happy with the purchase now.
