I was browning boneless/skinless chicken thighs to which I will add veggies, orzo and various seasonings, The shape of the cover automatically renders the most beautiful sauce, flavor and moisture to your dish....just add ingredients, cover and voila - Dinner is served...and this time to me... for a change :)

I am very pleased with the way this cooks. I made Tangine Chicken and it came out wonderful. The Tangine appears to be able to last a long time. I am happy I went with this verses a ceramic one.

The tagine is an excellent product. Keeps food moist and is easy to clean. The Kook customer service is excellent.

Life saver. My favorite cooking pot. Light weight but heavy duty. The design is awesome, it would make your nests soft, tender and juicy.

Quality of this tagine is very similar to Le Creuset and it works really well. My husband made a vegetarian Moroccan dish with preserved lemons and harissa that was so so amazing.

Was useful but next i would spend more and buy the cruset tagine ( i have both) the cruset is examined and easier to clean.But the kook , cooked very well. Sad a deeper base too
