Replacement for Dudley 327732
Technically these don't seem to work in the same way as the Thomas Dudley 327732. With the Dudley when you press the big button (big flush) the air comes out of just one outlet but with the Tavistock it comes out of both. When pressing both the big and small buttons together (small flush) both the Dudley and the Tavistock do work in the same way with the air coming out of the corresponding single outlet. I did get the Tavistock button to work with my existing Dudley Vantage system but I had to swap the pipe positions and accept the fact that a big button press now means a small flush and a combined button press now means a big flush but considering the Tavistock button is half the price and appears to be better quality, I think I can get used to it! Update: Since writing this review, due to the technical differences the flush became unreliable so I have now modified it so whatever button you press it is always full flush. I did this by blanking off the outlet at the top (the one under the valve slide operating mechanism) and connecting the other outlet to the full flush pipe (see photo). In summary I am tempted to say it would have been worth spending the extra money and getting the fully functional Thomas Dudley item but they seem to be worse quality and twice the price and that's just not acceptable.

Better than original Dudley Vantage range dual flush button
I got fed up of replacing broken Dudley dual flush buttons, which start to leak after a very short time and slowly reduces the power of the flush. It is nearly half price of Dudley units and can be fitted in the same hole. Fitting takes a couple of minutes and I noticed this, included out of interest: - Large flush button sends air out of both tubes (whereas Dudley only sent air out of one), which enhances the flush lift in the cistern. - Small flush buttons sends air out of one tube, which is marked (same as Dudley). This unit; when you release the button it will auto recharge itself with air without the need for an in-line air valve as needed on the Dudley units. So, up to now, I am very pleased with changing over to this type.
