I love this stuff! Now I'm spoiled. In a good way!
During the COVID lockdown, this was the only sugar that I could find. Now it's the only sugar I'll use! I should've written a review years years ago, but here it is. I love this stuff! It's even better than sugar in the raw. I had to settle for regular cane sugar today, and it was a disappointment. I just ordered a couple of bags of this, and I'm sticking with it. Both coffee and tea taste much better with this product. I'll continue to order this from now on. I'm sorry I didn't review it sooner. Enjoy!

Good for iced tea with monk fruit
Have purchased maybe 12 bags of this sugar so far. I use it exclusively for my gallon iced teas. Specifically, I mix 1/4 cup of this cane sugar with a slightly heaping 1/4 teaspoon of pure high quality monk fruit extract for a low-calorie sweet tea, and it's delectable. Note, that's PURE monk fruit extract powder, not the disgusting blends from the grocery store that have a tiny bit of monk fruit mixed with sucrasachraspartanelose. I mix the cane sugar and monk fruit powder both together dry, then dissolve the mixture in boiling water before adding it to my gallon of tea. This ensures no clumping, and the even distribution of, the monk fruit powder - and also prevents any tenacious sugar granules from surviving in the tea, as they can if you add it cold (the granules are much heftier than normal white or brown sugar). I tried it with regular white sugar once when I forgot to reorder after running out and noticed the difference. This sugar has a pleasant depth of flavor that carries through and adds dimension to the sweetness of the monk fruit.
