Worst experience:1. Before placing my order, through my communication with them in advance, I have confirmed on whether any letters can be put on the product or not. Then I was told that we can put letters and that "it will be done".So I have shared the details and I was told 'ok' as yes for such designated letters.When the product was delivered to me, no letter was printed. None.2. Even lower part of the picture was cut and mostly upper part was printed, without any prior notice. Looked ugly.3. During the process, I have indeed asked 'please share your draft or image with me for my review before finalizing or dispatching', so that we don't waste each other's time.That was completely ignored and the product right away got dispatched automatically.Conclusion - I feel completely humiliated as a genuine customer receiving such false commitment related to the requirements.
