Great Tub Shipped in Substantial/Protective Box
Love love this tub!! The seller shipped it quickly on an LTL trucking company. We had to stay in contact with them and make arrangements for pickup but we did receive it on expected date. The shipping box is very substantial and they do a great job of adding protective material to ensure a damage free product. The tub itself is beautiful and had not one blemish. I am 5’10” and stretch completely out without touching the other end! It’s big! Plumber stated installation was not hard but to make sure that you have the exact pipe they specified for installation. I highly recommend this product and couldn’t be happier!

Love this tub!
This tub is lightweight and easy to work with and install. Its smaller dimensions were perfect for our small space. It’s very simple style and dimensions create such a classy look. It is very comfortable to use as a soaking tub! This is a terrific value for the money!!

Didn't ship with drain - no way to contact manufacturer
We bought this tub for a home build, and we're just outside of the 30-day return window. The product didn't ship with a drain, and apparently, it's not a standard size, and we have found NO way of contacting YINZANW to request a drain. AVOID buying this product since we have found no way to get a drain to work.

I plan to use the tub for a cold plunge. Haven’t tried it yet. Should be good.
